Cooking Tips & Recipe: Wagyu Beef Bacon Breakfast Hash

Serves 2-3


Ingredients:


  • 4–6 slices H+J 50/50 Wagyu Beef Bacon
  • 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2–3 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs or hot sauce (optional)



Instructions:


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef bacon until browned and crispy. Set aside on paper towels.
  2. Leave about 1–2 tablespoons of the rendered fat in the pan.
  3. Add potatoes and cook until golden and fork-tender (about 10–12 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  4. Add onions and peppers, cook until softened.
  5. Crumble the cooked bacon back into the pan and stir to combine.
  6. Make small wells in the hash and crack in the eggs. Cover and cook until eggs are just set (about 3–5 minutes).
  7. Season, garnish, and dig in.

We have three options available:

  1. At checkout you can choose three pickup locations: Two locations in Richland and one at the farm in Saluda. We will set up a time once order is placed.
  2. At checkout choose standard mail delivery. We are still trying to get shipping cost down.
  3. At checkout chose local delivery. We will hand deliver it to you. Again we will contact you about best times. There is no fee when an order is over x amount it's set up on a sliding scale. Farther away you are the more the minimum purchase is for free delivery but no matter the purchase amount we will deliver. Small purchases will have a fee.
