Our 50/50 American Wagyu Cowboy Ribeyes are bone-in, thick-cut showstoppers made for serious steak lovers. With the deep marbling of Wagyu and the bold structure of traditional American beef, this cut delivers rich, buttery tenderness with a deep, beefy punch. It’s everything a cowboy steak should be—impressive, indulgent, and raised right here on our family ranch.

- Thick-cut, bone-in cowboy ribeye
- Avg. weight: 20–24 oz per steak

Recipe: Cowboy Ribeye with Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 H+J 50/50 Cowboy Ribeye
- Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions:
- Let steak come to room temp (about 30-45 min out of the fridge).
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Add olive oil.
- Sear the ribeye for 3–4 minutes per side, until a crust forms.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, and herbs.
- Baste steak with the melted butter for 1–2 minutes.
- Transfer to a cutting board, rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain. Serve with that garlic herb butter spooned over top.
Perfect Pairing: A bold red wine or cold beer and a side of roasted potatoes.

We have three options available:
- At checkout you can choose three pickup locations: Two locations in Richland and one at the farm in Saluda. We will set up a time once order is placed.
- At checkout choose standard mail delivery. We are still trying to get shipping cost down.
- At checkout chose local delivery. We will hand deliver it to you. Again we will contact you about best times. There is no fee when an order is over x amount it's set up on a sliding scale. Farther away you are the more the minimum purchase is for free delivery but no matter the purchase amount we will deliver. Small purchases will have a fee.
