Simple Wagyu Arm Roast Recipe (Serves 4–6):

Ingredients:

• 1 H+J Cattle 50/50 American Wagyu Arm Roast (2.5–3 lb)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 onion, sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, smashed
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup red wine (optional)
• 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Pat the roast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned (about 3–4 minutes per side).
4. Remove the roast, add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
5. Deglaze with wine (if using), then add broth, herbs, and the roast back into the pot.
6. Cover and roast in the oven for 3–3.5 hours, until fork-tender.
7. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing or shredding. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
