Our Hereford Baseball Steak is a thick, round-cut steak taken from the top sirloin. It gets its name from its rounded shape and is known for delivering a great combination of tenderness, rich beef flavor, and value.
Raised right here on our farm from our Registered Hereford cattle, our beef is grass-fed and grain-finished for the flavor and quality we want to put on our own table.

Because of its thickness, the Baseball Steak is excellent cooked medium-rare to medium. Let it rest after cooking, then slice against the grain for a tender, juicy steak.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ
We have three options available:
- At checkout you can choose three pickup locations: Two locations in Richland and one at the farm in Saluda. We will set up a time once order is placed.
- At checkout choose standard mail delivery. We are still trying to get shipping cost down.
- At checkout chose local delivery. We will hand deliver it to you. Again we will contact you about best times. There is no fee when an order is over x amount it's set up on a sliding scale. Farther away you are the more the minimum purchase is for free delivery but no matter the purchase amount we will deliver. Small purchases will have a fee.
