Our H+J Cattle Co. 80/20 Hereford Ground Brisket is made entirely from brisket for rich beef flavor and a juicy, satisfying texture. Unlike an ordinary mixed-trim grind, this is a single-cut brisket grind from our farm-raised Hereford cattle in Saluda, South Carolina.

Grass-fed, grain-finished, with no antibiotics or added hormones. Excellent for juicy burgers, meatballs, meatloaf, and other recipes where full beef flavor matters.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

We have three options available:

  1. At checkout you can choose three pickup locations: Two locations in Richland and one at the farm in Saluda. We will set up a time once order is placed.
  2. At checkout choose standard mail delivery. We are still trying to get shipping cost down.
  3. At checkout chose local delivery. We will hand deliver it to you. Again we will contact you about best times. There is no fee when an order is over x amount it's set up on a sliding scale. Farther away you are the more the minimum purchase is for free delivery but no matter the purchase amount we will deliver. Small purchases will have a fee.
