Sirloin Tip Steak (different than sirloin steak) comes from the lean, hardworking muscle of the round, meaning it’s flavorful but can be a bit on the chewy side if not cooked right.
Our H+J Cattle Co. Sirloin Tip Steaks come from cattle raised right here on our farm in Saluda, South Carolina — grass-fed, grain-finished, and raised with no antibiotics or hormones. This cut shines when marinated, sliced thin, or slow-cooked, making it great for stir-fries, fajitas, or steak salads.
If you’re looking for a leaner steak with real beef flavor and don’t mind a little texture, this one’s for you.
Pro Tip: For the most tender bite, cook to medium-rare and slice thinly against the grain

Shipping & Delivery FAQ
We have three options available:
- At checkout you can choose three pickup locations: Two locations in Richland and one at the farm in Saluda. We will set up a time once order is placed.
- At checkout choose standard mail delivery. We are still trying to get shipping cost down.
- At checkout chose local delivery. We will hand deliver it to you. Again we will contact you about best times. There is no fee when an order is over x amount it's set up on a sliding scale. Farther away you are the more the minimum purchase is for free delivery but no matter the purchase amount we will deliver. Small purchases will have a fee.
