🔥 Recipe: American Wagyu Smash Burgers

Ingredients:

• 1 lb H+J 50/50 American Wagyu Ground Beef

• Kosher salt & cracked pepper

• 4 slices sharp cheddar or American cheese

• 4 brioche buns

• Burger sauce, pickles, lettuce, and onions (optional but encouraged)

Instructions:

1. Divide & Roll: Divide 1 lb of ground beef into 4 loosely packed balls.

2. Preheat & Smash: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add a touch of oil and place the beef balls in the skillet. Smash them flat with a spatula.

3. Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Flip & Cheese: After 2-3 minutes, flip the patties and immediately top with cheese. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
